Sleep Rhythms

Our ideas of normal sleep may be wrong. And research that shows that normal sleep mammal means that both periods of what we experience as a common dream and differ among themselves as a peace and tranquility (which is shown below). It been shown that people are trying to take this rhythm sleep if artificial light sources, weeks or months. Some tried to sleep rhythms and found that usually leave room for a peaceful rest before going to sleep, it takes about 2 hours. Then the person sleeps about four hours, two hours of peaceful sleep, then sleep for another 4 hours, another two hours of quiet rest. This was done 14 hours sleep in the winter time should be adjusted to different amounts of natural light at other times of the year.

Quiet is peace between the full awakening of consciousness and unconsciousness of sleep normal. It is for the physiological differences between sleep and waking states. This means that there may be times of peace, which are entirely natural,
but people think it is time to accelerate the mind and start thinking / worrying about something. Another option would be to just let your mind wander a little and just kick back and watch with a cool confidence that the dream becomes again too soon.
Since most people are conditioned to believe that if sleep were unconscious, they tend to reach this state of peaceful rest, and instead stand there in silence, letting their minds and stay afloat, but the panic. They may have thoughts started floating across their minds, such as ... "Gosh, I sleep, I do not Oh, if you do not go back to sleep, then tomorrow's terrible!? If tomorrow is terrible when things and people are very confident and so then I have much work to do, or feel unhappy. .. " panic and working asset. These ideas are quite reasonable if there is the belief that people must remain unconscious for eight hours straight. Fortunately for us, scientists are discovering that remain unconscious for eight consecutive hours is not necessarily a natural man (although we usually try it for many generations).

So, for the sake of good rational attempts to solve problems it may be worth experimenting with the attitude that being slightly awake at night may be just fine. People who have waking periods may do well to either accept the waking period as a time of quiet wakefulness (hard to do with our supercharged culture) or wonder about who is calling when we awake
